OCCUPANCY LIMIT: The City of Savannah limits the occupancy of adults in vacation rentals. This property has a maximum occupancy of 4 adults (18 years and older). Total occupancy limit is 6 persons, including children - this includes day and overnight guests. The entrance to this property is located between the Savannah Bee Company and the Coffee Fox, just west of Whitaker Street. When you enter the building, take the stairs one flight up, to the Bees Knees - Unit B. The living room welcomes you with beautiful hardwood floors and an open floor plan. The living room has a sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops with a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The dining area has a table that seats 4. Just down the hall, the two bedrooms, both overlooking beautiful Broughton Street, each is furnished with King Size beds. The bedrooms share the 1 bathroom that is in the hall. There are a full-size washer and dryer included for guest use. Getting around Savannah is easy by foot, by free shuttle transportation, by tour bus, or by pedicab. Staying right on Broughton Street makes it easy to get around - Perfect for travelers who visit without a car. Savannah is made for walking! The best way to see Savannah is on foot. Broughton Street is home to some of Savannah's most interesting shops and the best restaurants. Located 2 blocks away is Ellis Square, a large green space with lots of activity. Savannah City Market, home to great live music, art museums, and the new Savannah Prohibition Museum is just next to Ellis Square. Don't miss your chance to take a trip back in time to when gangsters ruled and the Speakeasy became a popular watering hole. Historic River Street is just three blocks from City Market. Stroll the historic cobblestone streets and enjoy the beauty and charm of the riverfront. Driving to Savannah? This property does not have a designated off-street parking space. Street parking in this zone is $2 per hour and the metered parking is enforced from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday - Saturday. There are several nearby City parking garages. A visitor's pass can be purchased at the Visitor's Center 201 MLK Blvd, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, 7 days a week. Visitors passes are $24 for 2 days and $15 for a single day. Guests will also be located only a short 20-25 minute drive to Tybee Island, Savannah's beach. Come out for a day trip to enjoy the beach, fishing, visiting Ft. Pulaski, or climbing Georgia's oldest and tallest lighthouse. Booking Policy

TYBEE VACATION RENTALS - RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS By making a reservation, I certify that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions set Forth. TVR will email your Reservation Confirmation/Receipt at the time of booking. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email with a link to sign your Rental Agreement and Policies electronically. Your Rental Agreement is due within three days of making your reservation or for reservations arriving within 15 days, within 24 hours. ANY Balance due on your reservation 15 days before your arrival date will be AUTOMATICALLY charged to the credit card we have on file. If reserving more than 15 days in advance, you may choose to process $175.00, along with the cost of Optional Trip Insurance, at the time of booking. The remaining Initial Payment Due equal to approximately 50% of your Total Balance is due within 10 days of making your reservation. If you would like to pay your balance with another method of payment (Check, ACH/Electronic Check, Money Order, Different Credit Card), then we must receive that before the due date or the card on file will be charged. Online Bookings are NOT confirmed until you have spoken with a Guest Services Representative of TVR. Credit Card IS charged at the time of reservation. Guest Services will call you within 24-48 hours to confirm your online reservation. Your reservation may be immediately canceled if we have not spoken with you within that period, if payment is not received within the required periods listed, or if your reservation fails to meet TVR reservation policies in regards to Age or; No-Group Policy, A Minimum of $175 will be retained for all cancelled reservations. Once payment has been processed for a reservation, the standard Cancellation Policy is in effect. PET-FRIENDLY RESERVATIONS: Please note if you are planning on traveling with your pet, you will need to share that with the Guest Services Representative when confirming your reservation and note on your Rental Agreement. All pet stays require an additional Pet Fee, which is NOT included in your online pricing. This fee will be applied upon confirmation. Pet Fee is $20.00 per day for the first 7 days of your stay for one (1) adult dog, for all stays 27 days and less. Pet limits vary by property; in general, there is a limit of two (2) domestic adult pets per property. If more than two (2) pets are approved, then each additional pet would be $15.00 per day, per pet. An additional pet deposit may be required—no Puppies under the Age of 1 year old. No cats allowed. RESTRICTIONS: A few specific rules are noted below. By accepting these terms and conditions and reserving online, you accept to be bound by all listed. A complete listing of terms, conditions, and policies will be sent to you in the Rental Agreement and Policies document. - All properties are No-Smoking. - Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the allowed number of occupants in a property. - Parking is limited to the specific number of cars listed per property. - House parties, prom groups, events, receptions, and kegs are prohibited. - No Campers, Boats, Trailers, or other Recreational Vehicles are allowed at any TVR property. - Pets are not permitted in Non-Pet-Friendly properties. Please note: No pets are allowed on Tybee Island beach. Pets subject to advance approval and additional pet fee(s). - Must be 25 years of Age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. For non-related traveling groups, ALL guests must be over the Age of 25, or a refundable security deposit will be required. Proof of ID’s may be requested at the time of reservation confirmation. The inability to meet age requirements will result in cancellation under standard cancellation policy.
