A vacation home with plenty of room for the entire family with over 1,800 square feet of living space. This home is tastefully decorated and located in the perfect location to enjoy the South Tybee beach, just a 4-minute walk away, and to relax and unwind on your getaway to Tybee Island. This raised home has two floors of living space. Guests are welcomed to the home from the second-floor entrance to a bright and open floor plan. The living room area is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating with a sleeper sofa and a large Smart TV. Just off of the living area, is a bonus den and TV room that has doors that can be closed off for privacy. This home features a fully equipped kitchen with a center island with bar-top seating for two. The large dining table has seating for up to 8. There is a full bathroom on this floor with a walk-in shower. Just off the living area is a screened-in porch. Shaded by surrounding trees, the porch is a quiet place for enjoying morning coffee or afternoon cocktails while taking in the Tybee ocean air. The porch has a wrap-around to the back of the house, where you will find a gas grill for cooking out. Inside the covered patio area on the ground level is an entertainment area with a mini-fridge and a Ping-Pong table. Challenge your friends to a fun, family table tennis tourney! All of the bedrooms are on the second floor of the home. The master bedroom has a large and inviting with a King size bed and a Smart TV. The master connects to an outdoor balcony with seating that faces west, to catch the brilliant sunsets. The master bathroom has a custom tiled separate walk-in shower and a large soaker tub, for relaxing after a fun-filled day at the beach. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and has a Smart TV. This bedroom connects with the master balcony too. The second bedroom, perfect for kids, has twin bunk beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub and shower combination located in the hallway. The home is set back on a quiet gravel dead-end road, so there is little to no traffic noise. The quiet street is located 1 and a half blocks to the Atlantic Ocean and Tybee's South end beach and the Tybee Pier and Pavilion, and about a block from the Back River beach at Inlet Avenue. Stroll the along the back river at sunset for stunning views of amazing sunsets. The home includes an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Bring your bikes, or rent them while you are here. The best way to explore the island is by bicycle. You can also park your car and walk everywhere you need while you are here. Booking Policy

TYBEE VACATION RENTALS - RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS By making a reservation, I certify that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions set Forth. TVR will email your Reservation Confirmation/Receipt at the time of booking. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email with a link to sign your Rental Agreement and Policies electronically. Your Rental Agreement is due within three days of making your reservation or for reservations arriving within 15 days, within 24 hours. ANY Balance due on your reservation 15 days before your arrival date will be AUTOMATICALLY charged to the credit card we have on file. If reserving more than 15 days in advance, you may choose to process $175.00, along with the cost of Optional Trip Insurance, at the time of booking. The remaining Initial Payment Due equal to approximately 50% of your Total Balance is due within 10 days of making your reservation. If you would like to pay your balance with another method of payment (Check, ACH/Electronic Check, Money Order, Different Credit Card), then we must receive that before the due date or the card on file will be charged. Online Bookings are NOT confirmed until you have spoken with a Guest Services Representative of TVR. Credit Card IS charged at the time of reservation. Guest Services will call you within 24-48 hours to confirm your online reservation. Your reservation may be immediately canceled if we have not spoken with you within that period, if payment is not received within the required periods listed, or if your reservation fails to meet TVR reservation policies in regards to Age or; No-Group Policy, A Minimum of $175 will be retained for all cancelled reservations. Once payment has been processed for a reservation, the standard Cancellation Policy is in effect. PET-FRIENDLY RESERVATIONS: Please note if you are planning on traveling with your pet, you will need to share that with the Guest Services Representative when confirming your reservation and note on your Rental Agreement. All pet stays require an additional Pet Fee, which is NOT included in your online pricing. This fee will be applied upon confirmation. Pet Fee is $20.00 per day for the first 7 days of your stay for one (1) adult dog, for all stays 27 days and less. Pet limits vary by property; in general, there is a limit of two (2) domestic adult pets per property. If more than two (2) pets are approved, then each additional pet would be $15.00 per day, per pet. An additional pet deposit may be required—no Puppies under the Age of 1 year old. No cats allowed. RESTRICTIONS: A few specific rules are noted below. By accepting these terms and conditions and reserving online, you accept to be bound by all listed. A complete listing of terms, conditions, and policies will be sent to you in the Rental Agreement and Policies document. - All properties are No-Smoking. - Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the allowed number of occupants in a property. - Parking is limited to the specific number of cars listed per property. - House parties, prom groups, events, receptions, and kegs are prohibited. - No Campers, Boats, Trailers, or other Recreational Vehicles are allowed at any TVR property. - Pets are not permitted in Non-Pet-Friendly properties. Please note: No pets are allowed on Tybee Island beach. Pets subject to advance approval and additional pet fee(s). - Must be 25 years of Age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. For non-related traveling groups, ALL guests must be over the Age of 25, or a refundable security deposit will be required. Proof of ID’s may be requested at the time of reservation confirmation. The inability to meet age requirements will result in cancellation under standard cancellation policy.
