Endless Summer is a three-bedroom, two bathrooms, waterfront home that offers guests a unique waterfront vacation experience in a gated community most vacationers don't even realize exists. The home is situated on a large lot of over 1.5 acres, shaded with ancient oak trees and with more than 300 feet of direct water frontage on Tybee's Back River, for amazing panoramic views of the river and uninhabited Little Tybee Island. This spot is truly one of the most amazing sunset locations on Tybee. Watch the dolphins play all day, and see boaters and kayakers galore from your expansive backyard. Enjoy all the comforts of home and enjoy the feel of staying on your own exclusive slice of the island. The cottage itself has many special touches including original slate floors, real bamboo walls in the living area, and an amazing decorative stone fireplace. The main area of the home has an open floor plan, great views, and opens onto a large covered and screened porch perfect for relaxation and dining. Endless Summer has all of the modern conveniences including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer, and dryer, and central heat and air. The living area includes combined table seating for 8-10, comfortable furnishings, 42in flat-screen TV with DVD. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping capacity. The master bedroom of the home is furnished with a King-size bed and has an ensuite Master Bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms have a King bed and a Queen bed. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway off the living area with dual vanities and a walk-in shower and full-size washer and dryer. Parking is available for 4 vehicles max or 3 vehicles and a boat trailer. Endless Summer is pet-friendly for one (1) adult dog weighing less than 20lbs, with an additional fee. The fireplace shown in the photos is not a working fireplace. Charcoal grill and high-speed wireless internet are available for guest use. Beach Access: To access the beach you will need to travel by car out of the gated neighborhood. North Beach public beach access is about a mile away from the private gated entrance. (Note: Tybee is a pay to park community and charges for all public parking places). Those experienced on the water (with boats, kayaks, or jet skis) that are looking to enjoy a unique beach experience are encouraged to visit the beaches of Little Tybee Island located just across the Back River. Kayak or jet-ski rentals are available on Tybee Island. About Little Tybee Island: A pure, uninhabited nature preserve, accessible only by boat, Little Tybee is actually more than twice Tybee Island’s size. This wilderness gem showcases rich coastal salt marshes; pristine beaches; natural dunes and subtropical forests of live oak, pine, and palm. Wildlife includes egrets, herons, white ibis, and the endangered wood stork. Roseate spoonbills, ospreys and bald eagles are also often seen. TYBEE VACATION RENTALS - RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS By making a reservation, I certify that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions set Forth. TVR will email your Reservation Confirmation/Receipt at the time of booking. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email with a link to sign your Rental Agreement and Policies electronically. Your Rental Agreement is due within three days of making your reservation or for reservations arriving within 15 days, within 24 hours. ANY Balance due on your reservation 15 days before your arrival date will be AUTOMATICALLY charged to the credit card we have on file. If reserving more than 15 days in advance, you may choose to process $175.00, along with the cost of Optional Trip Insurance, at the time of booking. The remaining Initial Payment Due equal to approximately 50% of your Total Balance is due within 10 days of making your reservation. If you would like to pay your balance with another method of payment (Check, ACH/Electronic Check, Money Order, Different Credit Card), then we must receive that before the due date or the card on file will be charged. Online Bookings are NOT confirmed until you have spoken with a Guest Services Representative of TVR. Credit Card IS charged at the time of reservation. Guest Services will call you within 24-48 hours to confirm your online reservation. Your reservation may be immediately canceled if we have not spoken with you within that period, if payment is not received within the required periods listed, or if your reservation fails to meet TVR reservation policies in regards to Age or; No-Group Policy, A Minimum of $175 will be retained for all cancelled reservations. Once payment has been processed for a reservation, the standard Cancellation Policy is in effect. PET-FRIENDLY RESERVATIONS: Please note if you are planning on traveling with your pet, you will need to share that with the Guest Services Representative when confirming your reservation and note on your Rental Agreement. All pet stays require an additional Pet Fee, which is NOT included in your online pricing. This fee will be applied upon confirmation. Pet Fee is $20.00 per day for the first 7 days of your stay for one (1) adult dog, for all stays 27 days and less. Pet limits vary by property; in general, there is a limit of two (2) domestic adult pets per property. If more than two (2) pets are approved, then each additional pet would be $15.00 per day, per pet. An additional pet deposit may be required—no Puppies under the Age of 1 year old. No cats allowed. RESTRICTIONS: A few specific rules are noted below. By accepting these terms and conditions and reserving online, you accept to be bound by all listed. A complete listing of terms, conditions, and policies will be sent to you in the Rental Agreement and Policies document. - All properties are No-Smoking. - Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the allowed number of occupants in a property. - Parking is limited to the specific number of cars listed per property. - House parties, prom groups, events, receptions, and kegs are prohibited. - No Campers, Boats, Trailers, or other Recreational Vehicles are allowed at any TVR property. - Pets are not permitted in Non-Pet-Friendly properties. Please note: No pets are allowed on Tybee Island beach. Pets subject to advance approval and additional pet fee(s). - Must be 25 years of Age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. For non-related traveling groups, ALL guests must be over the Age of 25, or a refundable security deposit will be required. Proof of ID’s may be requested at the time of reservation confirmation. The inability to meet age requirements will result in cancellation under standard cancellation policy.
